Yoga Classes

I teach group and private classes in West Los Angeles. 

 

Private classes allow for extra personal attention, which is helpful whether you are new to yoga, deepening your practice or want to address specific health issues and injuries. 

 

The class is tailored to your needs; we focus on postures, meditations and breathing exercises that are particularly relevant and useful for you. A customized sequence can be developed which you can practice on your own. 

As with all types of physical exercise, please consult your health care practitioner before beginning this practice.

This is a clip from my video, “Bending over Backwards to Protect Your Lower Back”, which focuses on keeping the lumbar spine and sacrum spacious while backbending. A considerable amount of warming up should be done before practicing
these poses.
